As a holistic practitioner, you want your participants to not only get a lot out of your training, but be satisfied students as well.
Over the course of the teacher training program, you will learn how to:
- Create a list of objectives
- Construct and deconstruct a lesson
- Clearly state what you want your participants to know, do, and understand by the end of the training
- Check for understanding throughout the lesson
- Provide differentiation
- Create a safe and sacred space, where all voices are heard rather than just one, and where people feel safe and respected
