Private instruction is available to those who want a highly-individualized program, who want to see quick results, and who enjoy the mentor/student role.
As we work closely together, we will discuss your goals and plan your program to meet your specific needs and development path. Each person has different needs - our work will follow your individual progress as it unfolds, and we will modify your program as your needs evolve. You may also join one of the group training nights at any time.
