Not Your Everyday Vision Board is a 3-part workshop focusing on uncovering and removing our limiting beliefs so we can create a deeper and more fulfilling relationship with ourselves and life. Maybe you desire an intimate relationship, deeper connections to your friends or even to yourself? This workshop can help you create the life of your dreams and achieve your desires.The workshop combines guided meditations and visualizations with research-based methods from Energy Kinesiology, Chinese medicine and Byron Katie’s The Work, a program designed to help uncover and challenge limiting beliefs. Taking place over three separate sessions, the workshop allows us to create a support system, check in and monitor progress, and learn and practice one technique per session. Focusing on a single technique each session allows us to learn and practice in a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere, with time built in to reflect, discuss, refine and practice. These are life-changing techniques: the goal is to give you the best results in the most comfortable environment possible. Each session offers a demonstration of the technique, the opportunity to practice the technique on yourself and each other, as well as guided meditations to help work through limiting beliefs. And the power of this workshop also comes from the support we create, as we work with each other each week. |
Session OneSession 1 begins with brief introductions and setting your intention. Then, we’ll begin to create the vision board by selecting pictures that represent your intentions and dreams. There will also be time to share with the group, if you choose to do so. We’ll use guided meditation to begin uncovering the limiting beliefs around your desire. You’ll learn the first technique, The Work, by Byron Katie.

Session TwoSession 2 begins with a review of the previous session’s work and a check-in. We’ll continue to refine the vision board, uncover more limiting beliefs or continue to work with the prior week’s beliefs. And you’ll learn technique number two, the Emotional Freedom Technique. .

Session ThreeSession 3 also begins with a follow-up of the previous session’s work and a check-in. You’ll learn technique number three, Emotional Stress Release (ESR).
