Reiki for Spiritual Growth and Transformation
Level 1
Reiki Level 1 is a 14-hour training taught in the traditional Usui Reiki method, with a heavy emphasis on hands-on practice.
Students receive 4 attunements over the course of the training. The purpose of each attunement or reiju (pronounced Ray-joo) is to raise the student’s energy level to re-connect to the true inner self (soul), plus strengthen the connection to universal spiritual energy.
During the training, you'll learn about:
And as important as the other part of the training, you'll set an intention for yourself; this will help you and your soul experience deep and lasting change.
And the training doesn't end when the course if over. You'll be encouraged to participate in Reiki shares in order to continue to integrate Reiki into your energetic field and your daily life. Many participants have made life-long friendships, too.
Level 2
The Reiki Level 2 attunement gives an even higher level of energy vibrations in the student. Here one also learns three Reiki symbols: The Power Symbol, The Mental Symbol, and The Distance Symbol. These can be used to help focus energy for specific purposes. The Reiki 2 attunement seems to have the greatest effect on the subtle body also known in the Western world as the Aura.
During the 14-hour Reiki Level 2 Class, you will:
Level 3 - Mastership
In this process, the vibration level of energy is once again raised and the Master symbol is taught. To become a Reiki Master, one does not have to dedicate oneself to teaching others. The Reiki Master level can be taken to answer your calling as a healer, to enable you to initiate others into Reiki, or for your own pleasure. You and your teacher will discuss when you are ready to proceed to Reiki Mastership level.
Master Teacher Intern Program
This is for the person who wishes to learn how to teach all levels of Reiki. This course takes place over a period of one year. In the first stage, the Reiki Master intern observes a Reiki level 1 and 2 class. During the second stage, the intern assists at a Reiki level 1 and 2 class. Finally, the Reiki Master intern schedules and teaches their own class, with the Master teacher observing. During the internship, the student and teacher meet regularly and discuss spiritual growth, plans, best teaching practices, etc.
Level 1

- The history of Reiki and its many uses
- Hand positions for self treatment
- Hand positions for treating others
- How to open and close a Reiki session
- Review the chakra system and how it is related to giving Reiki

- Receive an introduction to the Chinese system of meridians
